Katmouse is a program that allows you to scroll whatever is under the mouse (without losing focus of another window) so if you are copying information you can just scroll down with the mouse and continue typing with the keyboard...
I know it doesn't sound like an all time must have, but since it only uses 6.5Mb of ram, I'll allow it
