similar to windowpad but more options - like different sizes on multiple commands, ie., ctrl+alt+numpad4 makes the window take up half the screen (left), ctrl+alt+numpad4  again shrinks it down to a third of the screen then ctrl+alt+numpad4 one more time and it takes up two thirds of the screen
